This piece calls the viewer back to the softness of the current moment, to the breath that anchors the body, and to the quiet knowing that lives beneath the noise of everyday life.

Created during a season of deep transition, Present Tense reflects the delicate space between who we have been and who we are becoming. It honors the moments when parts of us are shedding, shifting, dissolving — and yet, there is a conscious choice to remain here. To stay open. To allow presence to guide the next step, the next thought, the next version of self.
